बिल गेट्स यांचा मायक्रोसॉफ्टच्या संचालक मंडळाचा राजीनामा

वॉशिंग्टन : मायक्रोसॉफ्टचे सर्वेसर्वा बिल गेट्स यांनी मायक्रोसॉफ्टच्या संचालक मंडळाचा आज (ता. १४) राजीनामा दिला. गेट्स यांना सामाजिक कार्यात प्राधान्याने काम करायचे असल्याने त्यांनी राजीनामा दिल्याचे मायक्रोसॉफ्टने सांगितले. संचालक मंडळाचा राजीनामा दिला असला तरी, गेट्स हे मायक्रोसॉफ्टचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी सत्या नडेला यांच्यासोबत तांत्रिक सल्लागार म्हणून काम करतील.

मायक्रोसॉफ्टने दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, कंपनीचे सह-संस्थापक आणि तांत्रिक सल्लागार बिल गेट्स आता शिक्षण, आरोग्य आणि जागतिक विकासासाठी अधिक वेळ घालवू इच्छित आहेत. त्यांना हवामान बदलावरही काम करायचं आहे, म्हणून कंपनीच्या संचालक मंडळाचा गेट्स यांनी राजीनामा दिला आहे.
