'जनता कर्फ्यू'त देशभरातून अत्यावश्यक सेवा देणाऱ्यांना सॅल्यूट

मुंबई, २२ मार्च : पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी काही दिवसांपूर्वीच संपूर्ण भारतातील जनतेला रविवारी जनता कर्फ्यू पाळण्याचं आवाहन केलं. जनतेनेही अतिशय उत्स्फूर्तपणे या आवाहनाला पाठिंबा दिला. Corona कोरोना व्हायरसचा वाढता प्रादुर्भाव पाहता प्रत्येक देशवासियाने आवश्यक असणारे सर्व प्रतिबंधात्मक उपाय योजावेत असंही आवाहन त्यांनी केलं. याचवेळी मोदींनी राष्ट्रातील सर्व जनतेकडे एक विनंतीही केली. ही विनंती होती, कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करण्याची.

दिवसभर घरात राहून नागरिकांनी देशावर आलेल्या संकटात सरकार आणि प्रशासनासोबत आहोत हे दाखवून दिले. सायंकाळी पाच वाजता देशातील कानाकोपऱ्यात पाच मिनटे टाळी-थाळी अन् घंटानाद करत अत्यावश्यक सेवा देणाऱ्यांचे आभार मानले.

करोना संकटाशी देश लढत असताना या संकटात अत्यावश्यक सेवा मात्र सुरू आहेत. त्यात वैद्यकीय सेवा, औषध दुकाने, किराणा दुकाने सुरू आहेत तसेच सर्व सुरक्षा यंत्रणा सक्रिय आहेत. या सर्वांचे मनोबल वाढवण्यासाठी सायंकाळी ५ वाजता ५ मिनिटे थाळ्या, टाळ्या, शंख तसेच घंटानाद करण्याचे आवाहन पंतप्रधानांनी केले होते.
