सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाच्या आदेशानुसार मध्य प्रदेशात आज बहुमत चाचणी

नवी दिल्ली, १९ मार्च:  ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया यांच्या बंडाळीमुळे अस्थिर झालेल्या कमलनाथ सरकारला आज बहुमत सिद्ध करण्याचा आदेश सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने दिला आहे. त्यामुळे आज शुक्रवारी मध्य प्रदेश विधानसभेत काँग्रेस सरकारला अग्निपरीक्षेला सामोरे जावे लागणार आहे. यापूर्वी अर्थसंकल्पीय अधिवेशनाच्या पहिल्या दिवशी मध्य प्रदेश विधानसभेत कमलनाथ सरकारकडून विश्वासदर्शक ठराव मांडला जाणे अपेक्षित होते. मात्र, विधानसभा अध्यक्षांनी कोरोनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर अर्थसंकल्पीय अधिवेशन २६ मार्चपर्यंत स्थगित केले होते. यानंतर भाजपने न्यायालयात धाव घेतली होती.

भाजपने दाखल केलेल्या याचिकेनंतर सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने आजच फ्लोअर टेस्ट होणार असल्याचा निर्वाळा दिला आहे. राज्यपाल लालजी टंडन यांनी मुख्यमंत्री कमलनाथ यांना १७ मार्चला फ्लोअर टेस्ट घेऊन बहुमत सिद्ध करण्यास सांगितलं होतं. मात्र, विधानसभाध्यक्षांनी कोरोना व्हायरसच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर १७ मार्चला विधानसभेचं कामकाज २६ मार्चपर्यत स्थगित केल्याची घोषणा केली. असं असताना विधानसभेत फ्लोअर टेस्‍टची कोणतीही तयारी करण्यात आली नव्हती.

बहुमत चाचणीसाठी जे मतदान होईल ते हात उंचावून होईल. त्यामुळे कोण कुणाला मतदान करतंय हेदेखील स्पष्ट होईल. विधानसभेच्या या कामकाजाचं व्हिडिओ रेकॉर्डिंगदेखील होणार आहे. बहुमत चाचणी दरम्यान संबंधीत कायदेव्यवस्था कायम राहील हे सुनिश्चित करण्याचे आदेशही न्यायालयानं दिलेत.
